Engage 6.0 (Code with AI Hackathon) is organised by The NorthCap University (NCU), Gurugram and InfraOne School of AI. This page explains what this registration website collects and why.
What we collect
- From your Google account, when you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
- What you enter in your profile: roll number, college, course, year of study, mobile number and optional GitHub and LinkedIn links.
- Your team name, team members and invites.
- Payment records: the order and payment ids and the amount. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach this website.
Why we use it
To register you, form and verify teams, take the registration fee, contact you about the event, issue certificates and run the event.
Who it is shared with
- NCU and InfraOne School of AI, the two organisers, who receive the final participant and team list.
- Our service providers: Supabase (database and login), Razorpay (payments) and the hosting provider.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to run the event, issue certificates and settle payments or refunds, then it is deleted or anonymised.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us at the address below.
